The advanced processing technique and versatile uses of the alligator fillet creates an ideal “low fat” alternative for your recipes.

After inspection by the Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry Red Meat Inspection Program, the product is then vacuum packaged and cryogenically frozen in one pound packs, complete with UPC coding.
